Housing Authority of Cook County is developing a 4-story, 82 unit building in downtown Chicago Heights

The development will include a lobby space, property management offices, public restrooms, a larger multi-purpose room with an adjacent warming kitchen, an exercise room, a computer/media room, mailroom and meeting areas. Site improvements will also include parking for 80 cars, including handicap spaces, a patio area, a secured yard for residents and pets, and raised beds for community gardening.
