The Housing Authority of Cook County seeks to increase the supply of affordable housing and positively impact the communities we serve.
The Development Team
To further the mission of providing affordable housing to our county’s citizens, the Development Team leads HACC’s activities related to acquisition, repositioning, rehabilitation and development.
The Development Team is responsible for:
- Analyzing public/private partnerships
- Acquisition of multifamily property
- Rehabilitation and renovation of existing properties
- Development of low and moderate income housing
