Mustacchi Manor, a permanent supportive housing community, located at 5050 Southwick Drive, Matteson IL 60443. The PBV Program is a rental assistance program where the resident pays 30% of his/her income towards the rent to the owner and the HACC subsidizes the remainder.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Mustacchi Manor, applicants MUST be either homeless, institutionalized or disabled. Applicant’s income may not exceed the extremely low income limit (30% AMI), which is $19,600 for a 1 person household and $22,400 for a 2 person household.

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance to help low income persons afford decent and safe rental housing. HCV Programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and administered by public housing agencies throughout the country. The Housing Authority of Cook County (the HACC) is the housing agency that administers an HCV Program in Suburban Cook County.
