Located at 15340 Broadway Avenue, Harvey, Harvey Loft Apartments is privately owned and operated. Harvey Lofts Apartments is a mixed income housing community for families with three-bedroom units. The units are a mix of market rate and project-based voucher (PBV) units. Residents in the PBV units are required to pay 30% of their income in rent while the HACC subsidizes the remainder. Applicants currently on the HACC’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program wait list will receive a preference over other applicants.
