Residents of this development are required to pay 30% of their income towards rent while the HACC subsidizes the remainder. The Grove Apartments is a permanent supportive housing community with one-bedroom project-based voucher (PBV) units. Applicants currently on the HACC’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program wait list will receive a preference over other applicants.

Eligibility

To be eligible for housing at the Grove Apartments, applicants cannot have income that exceeds the very-low income limit of 50% AMI, which is as follows:

$36,650 for a 1-person household
