This multi-family residence will allow adults with disabilities to live independently while receiving personal support services through Garden Center Services. Residents may receive social support and counseling, job training and placement, assistance with grocery shopping and financial management.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a PBV unit at this property, applicants MUST be disabled. You must check all the disabled boxes in Rent Café portal when applying for this waitlist. Occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 2 people per bedroom; households with more than 4 people will not be eligible. Applicant’s income may not exceed the very low-income limit (50% AMI) as follows:
$42,550 for a 1-person household
$48,600 for a 2-person household
$54,700 for a 3-person household
$60,750 for a 4-person household

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance to help low income persons afford decent and safe rental housing. HCV Programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and administered by public housing agencies throughout the country. The Housing Authority of Cook County (the HACC) is the housing agency that administers an HCV Program in Suburban Cook County.
