Elderly Designated Communities which house persons 62 years and older and near elderly persons aged 50-61 years;
Elderly/Disabled Designated Communities which house persons 62 years of age and older and any persons with disabilities who are 18 years of age and older;
Family Communities and Scattered Sites which are communities that have one to five bedrooms and are predominantly households with children.
