Broadview Senior Apartments is a senior housing community, located at 2111 S. 17th Avenue, Broadview IL 60155. The PBV Program is a rental assistance program where the resident pays 30% of his/her income towards the rent to the owner and the HACC subsidizes the remainder.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Broadview Senior Apartments, applicants MUST be 55 years of age or older. Applicant’s income may not exceed the extremely low income limit (30% AMI), which is $19,600 for a 1 person household, $22,400 for a 2 person household, 25,200 for a 3 person household and 27,950 for a 4 person household.

HCV Programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and administered by public housing agencies throughout the country. The Housing Authority of Cook County (the HACC) is the housing agency that administers an HCV Program in Suburban Cook County.
