Eligibility

To be eligible for Ann Rainey Apartments, applicants MUST be 62 years of age or older. Applicant’s income may not exceed the very low income limit (50% AMI), which is $32,650 for a 1 person household, $37,300 for a 2 person household, 41,950 for a 3 person household and 46,600 for a 4 person household.
