Many agencies may be able to provide help with security deposits, including The Illinois Department of Human Services and the Alliance to End Homelessness. Tenants who are enrolled in the Community Choice Program and who lease a rental unit in an Opportunity Area may be eligible for a security deposit grant of up to $500.
