Midtown Crossing, a permanent supportive housing community. The units at Midtown Crossing are fully accessible and the building is barrier free. To be eligible for Midtown Crossing, applicants MUST have a disability. The household total annual income may not exceed 50% of the area median income (AMI). The maximum number of occupants in the one bedroom units is two people. One bedroom fully accessible units designed for wheelchair users.

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance to help low income persons afford decent and safe rental housing. HCV Programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and administered by public housing agencies throughout the country. The Housing Authority of Cook County (the HACC) is the housing agency that administers an HCV Program in Suburban Cook County.
