Public notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will hold a Public Hearing regarding significant amendments to its 2024 Agency Annual Plan due to the implementation of certain provisions of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA). The Public Hearing will be held virtually by Zoom and in-person in the Board Room at 10 S. LaSalle St., Suite 2200, Chicago IL 60603 on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm. All comments on the HACC’s significant amendment to its 2024 Annual Plan must be received on or before 4:00 pm, Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Comments may be submitted:

o In writing, sent to the HACC’s office at 10 S. LaSalle St., Suite 2200, Chicago IL 60603 – to the attention of “Plan Amendments”
o By email to [email protected] – Put “Plan Amendments” in the subject line of the email
