INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE FEBRUARY 9, 2023 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Re: Instructions for on-line Participation in the February 9, 2023 Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Cook County, to be conducted by electronic means, with advance registration required
Due to the declared Coronavirus public health emergency, public participation in the meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Cook County scheduled for Thursday, February 9, 2023 will be conducted remotely ONLY in an on-line format, via Zoom.com and telephone.
Interested members of the public are invited to participate in the public meeting on-line via Zoom.us or by telephone. The meeting will include an opportunity for public comments, limited to 3 minutes per person, with the total public comment period not to exceed 30 minutes.
There is no charge to participate in the public meeting, but advance registration is required. To register to view the meeting or to participate in the meeting, send an email to [email protected] no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on February 8, 2023. You will receive an email in response that will provide you with detailed instructions as to how to view and hear the meeting.
Technical limitations may limit participation in the on-line meeting to the first 100 registered people who telephone or log-on line to see or hear the public meeting. All participants’ microphones will be muted upon joining the meeting but will be unmuted during the public comment period.
The agenda for the Meeting has been posted on the Housing Authority’s website in advance of the Scheduled Meeting, in the manner provided by law.
