The Human Resources (HR) Department at the Housing Authority of Cook County provides overall support to the Authority employees and is responsible for recruitment and staffing of all departments. Additionally, the HR Department directs employee relations, labor relation services, administers policies and procedures and development/implement training programs for staff.
